  Issues with them since Irma back in Sept. My mom has a salon in the mall which was closed due to the storm for 5 days. Her bill that month was 3 x the normal amount. We called and tried to tell them to check the meter. Their response ask the mall to check it or have an electrician come out. We did both no issues were found. Called again as the November bill was over $450 after 10 calls they finally came out to replace the meter. Told us to pay normal bills and not to pay the over $400 as their billing department was going to look into it and that they would provide extensions for that bill as it was on their end. I have called for follow ups every two weeks only to be told they are still working on it but not to worry as they have notes and an extension on our account along with the payments we made in December and January. Well here we are today January 16th and they shut the electric off. Have spoken to two reps and a supervisor and they can't seem to figure anything out. Worse company ever. Even bigger frauds.
